Welcome to CUILU

This site is a repository of resources and outcomes generated by The Combined Universities Interprofessional Learning Unit (CUILU), a two year project which completed in May 2005. CUILU was a joint initiative between The University of Sheffield and Sheffield Hallam University , and was the result of a successful bid to the Department of Health to become one of four national leading edge pilot sites for interprofessional learning. The South Yorkshire Workforce Development Confederation provided additional funding to the unit. The aim of the unit was to act as a 'hub and spoke' project to facilitate interprofessional learning through close collaboration with local educational and professional agencies.

Included in this site are a number of documents, provided here in order to share our work with colleagues interested in interprofessional learning across health and social care professions.
